66 Years. One Nation. Millions of Dreams.
This Independence Day, we celebrate every Nigerian at home and around the world who continues to dream, build, give, create, and believe.
We may travel far, but we never travel alone.
We carry Nigeria with us.
In our names, our stories, our culture, our food, our music, our humour, and in the hustle that keeps us moving forward.
From Lagos to London. From Abuja to Atlanta. From Port Harcourt to Toronto. From Ibadan to Calgary.
Wherever life takes us, Nigeria remains a part of who we are.
For 66 years, generations of Nigerians have dreamed, built, sacrificed and paved the way. Each generation has carried the hopes of the one before it while creating new possibilities for the one coming next.
Today, that responsibility is ours.
To keep building. To create opportunities. To support one another. To contribute to our communities. And to keep shaping the Nigeria we want to see.
For millions of Nigerians living abroad, being away from home does not mean being away from the people and places that matter. Home is still home.
This Independence Day, we celebrate every Nigerian at home and around the world who continues to dream, build, give, create, and believe.
Here’s to the Nigeria we carry with us.
And here’s to the Nigeria we are still building together.
Happy 66th Independence, Nigeria!
